Yarda is currently in pre-launch. This policy describes how we handle information collected through our waitlist and landing page.

When you join the Yarda waitlist, we collect:

Your first name
Your email address
The date you signed up

We do not collect payment information, health records, or any other personal data at this stage.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your email address and name solely to:

Send you updates about Yarda's launch
Notify you of your founding-member status and credits
Communicate product news relevant to your signup

We will never sell your information to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Waitlist contacts are stored securely in Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), a GDPR-compliant email marketing platform. You can review Brevo's privacy practices at brevo.com.

4. Your Rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@useyarda.com. We will respond within 5 business days.

5. Cookies

This landing page does not currently use tracking cookies or analytics beyond what is necessary to serve the page.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as Yarda moves from waitlist to product. We'll notify waitlist members of any material changes via email.
