2. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not create a binding contract or guarantee access to Yarda's product. It reserves your place in the founding-member queue and entitles you to the promotional offer described on the landing page, subject to availability at launch.

3. Communications

By joining the waitlist you consent to receive email communications from Yarda about our product launch and related updates. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

4. Not Legal Advice

Yarda is a software tool designed to help healthcare practices manage HIPAA compliance workflows. Yarda is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Use of Yarda does not constitute legal counsel and does not guarantee regulatory compliance. You should consult a qualified attorney or compliance professional for legal guidance.

All content on this site — including the Yarda name, logo, copy, and design — is the property of Yarda, Inc. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yarda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the waitlist service.
